Wedding Packages

Every Wedding is Unique and Special in its own way, and no two are alike (i.e. snowflakes & Humans).  Every Wedding we do is a Custom Event with a huge amount of planning and preparing for Your special day, and every wedding package listed here is a rough outline of what's included.  All Wedding Packages are Custom Tailored to suit, because we're here to serve you on your wedding day.

  • Free Consultations via Phone AND Face-to-Face with ALL Wedding Packages!
  • For us we consider the Reception Dance length starting after dinner at the Formal Dances.
  • Economy Wedding Reception 3-Hour, 4-Hour & 6-Hour Packages                                                                           
    • Master of Ceremonies (Grand Entrance, Managing Flow of Reception, Announcements, etc.)
    • Minimal Dance Lighting
    •  35% security deposit to reserve date
    • Travel Expenses Included (up to 80 Miles round trip, or 40 mile radius.)
    • "Do Not Play" List Included
    • Reasonable Song Requests fulfilled
    • Line Dances Optional (will discuss in Consultation)
    • Bridal Dance Optional (aka Dollar Dance) (Auction of First to Dance with Bride/Groom Optional)
    • Newlywed's First Dance, Mother/Son Dance, and Father/Daughter Dances  and all other Formal Dances Included.  As well as Bouquet and Garter Tosses.
    • Outdoor Setup if needed (with our own power supply if needed) for an Additional Fee.
    • Add Custom Cocktail/Dinner Music Playlist(s) for an Additional Fee
    • Add Wireless Microphones for Speeches for an Additional Fee.
    • Add Ceremony System w/ Rehearsal Day for Added Fee.
    • Dance Floor (i.e. if Venue doesn't have one or we're outdoors) for an Additional Fee.
    • Projector for video montage slide show for an Additional Fee as well as any assistance in Production at an Hourly Rate.
  • Wedding Reception 3-Hour, 4-Hour, & 6-Hour Packages.

    • Lit up DJ Booth & Dance Lighting
    • "Do Not Play" List Included
    • Reasonable Song Requests fulfilled

    • Travel Expenses Included (up to 300 miles round trip, or 150 mile radius)
    • Wireless Microphones Included (especially for the Speeches)
    • Custom Cocktail/Dinner Music playlist(s) Included with All Wedding Reception Packages. (Economy Packages Excluded)
    • Outdoor Setup if needed (with our own power supply if needed) for an Additional Fee.
    • Dance Floor (i.e. if Venue doesn't have one or we're outdoors) for an Additional Fee.

  • Wedding Reception 3-Hour, 4-Hour, & 6-Hour Packages with Ceremony
    • These Packages are exactly like MC-ing Packages with the following Add-Ons Included:
      • We setup an additional system for the Ceremony (if it's located in a separate Room/Location) so that when the Ceremony ends, we already have our main system setup at the Reception location so your guests don't have to wait for us to tear down and re-setup for cocktail music while you're getting photos done.
      • We setup above mentioned system to Rehearse with You, Your Bridal Party, & the Officiant on the day of Rehearsal at that location at NO EXTRA COST!
